Sales Development Representative

You'll be the driving force behind our new business pipeline, identifying and converting the world's most adventurous brands into Multivitamin partners. This isn't order-taking—you're a creative sales strategist who understands how exceptional digital experiences can transform businesses.

The impact you'll have

  • Drive top-of-funnel opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building

  • Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans through detailed research, org mapping, and personalised outreach

  • Craft highly customised, multi-channel, persona-based outreach to drive interest in target verticals

  • Identify and qualify boundary-pushing brands ready for digital transformation

  • Find creative ways to gain access to key decision-makers through fostering prospect relationships and networking

  • Support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives to drive brand awareness

  • Attend networking events and industry gatherings to build relationships and generate leads

  • Build lasting partnerships with decision-makers across innovative industries

  • Shape our growth strategy through market insights and opportunity identification

  • Champion ambitious thinking in every client conversation

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop winning proposals and presentations

What we're looking for

The non-negotiables

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably in B2B or agency environment

  • Proven experience growing new business and driving pipeline opportunities

  • Track record of identifying and converting top-of-funnel prospects

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and metrics-driven approach

  • Analytical mindset with ability to conduct thorough market research

  • Self-starting mentality with entrepreneurial drive

  • Tenacious and resourceful - enjoys working independently

  • Experience in creative, digital, or agency environments preferred

  • Passion for innovative brands and cutting-edge digital experiences

  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities

Location

  • 2 days per week in our London studio (Monday & Thursday)

  • Flexible remote working for remaining days

The Package

  • Competitive base salary (TBC based on experience)

  • Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

  • Flexible working arrangements (part-time, short-term contract options available)

  • We’re open to the right person in various arrangements:

    • Full-time, permanent position

    • Part-time, ongoing role (minimum 3 days per week)

    • Short-term contract (6-12 months with potential for extension)

    • Project-based consultancy for specific growth projects
