Definition Technologies is building the largest 3D printing factory in Europe, located in Eindhoven. We officially began our journey 2 years ago with our custom high-speed 3D printers. Our business model focuses exclusively on contract manufacturing, allowing us to develop end-to-end production lines for our clients. This includes building machines, developing compounds, and advancing automation for lights-out manufacturing.

Mechatronics Engineer

As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will be working on the next generation of our machines. From concept, testing to implementation. Realize developments that optimize the production of our current printing park. A strong engineering interest is essential to take machines from idea to reality.

Responsibilities

• Improve and develop our high-speed printers together with the engineering team.

• Build hardware components at our current printing park to optimize production capacity.

• Hands-on mentality to dive into problems and solve them efficiently.

• Use first-principles thinking to solve problems, define tests and iterate.

After gaining experience and knowledge, opportunities may arise to advance to roles such as 3D Printing Engineer or Lead engineer
